Knowdell Career Development Programme
Training Human Resource and Leraning & Development professionals implement Career Development Programmes within their organizations
This workshop is based on Dick Knowdell’s “Build a career development programme”. The new two day training equips Line Managers, HR Professionals with the structure, tools and confidence to conduct meaningful career conversations that translate into actionable Career Development Plans.
To enroll, the programme shall be attended by at least one HR professional, one Senior Manager or Reporting Officer and one rank and file staff from each organization. This training shows these participants how best to respond to an employee’s career needs, facilitate personal development, assist with goal setting, and coach employees on developing a meaningful career strategy that aligns with the organization’s business goals.
