In certain situations, coaches or line managers may encounter individuals who display psychological or emotional states which make it much more difficult for the coach to manage or help. Do you recognise the signs of these mental health conditions?

Our half-day workshop caters to Coaches, Trainers, Line Managers or Supervisors who would benefit from knowing the different psychological and mental health conditions individuals may display and be equipped with necessary knowledge to manage these individuals.

Dr Timothy Hsi

He has over 20 years of experience in psychotherapy coupled with 12 years as as a counsellor educator. 

Dr Timothy is currently lecturing counselling courses at Australia College of Applied Psychology (Adelaide) across the Diploma, Bachelor and Master programmes. He also provides clinical supervision with counselling students at James Cook University (Singapore) as well as career coaches in various higher educational institutions in Singapore .  In addition, he also instructs Career Development certification programmes from NCDA & Career Network (USA).

Dr Timothy brings his wealth of experiences and practical strategies to enable counsellors, coaches & trainers to effectively manage challenging clients and situations they may encounter in their work.
