Dealing with conversations around employees' performance?
Performance conversation is a key element of performance management,
however it could prove to be challenging for new people managers and even HR
practitioners.
This workshop is to explore how we can leverage on the creative Points of You®
tools to manage these performance conversations more effectively.
Objectives:
. Learn how to have authentic and motivating conversations with subordinates or reporting staff.
. Learn how to have regular ongoing performance conversations which are more effective, positive and forward looking.
. Identify improvement areas and create action plan to enhance performance and address development opportunities.
