Synopsis
Imagine bumping into a former client at the airport. He proceeded to ask what you are doing. You opened your mouth and paused. How do you start? As you tried to organize your thoughts, his flight is called and he's on his way. If you'd been better prepared, you're sure that he'd have stayed long enough to schedule a meeting. This is one situation where it helps to have an "elevator pitch."
This is a short, pre-prepared speech that explains what your do, clearly and succinctly. Nowadays, top companies do not really recruit, they attract top talents to join them. Often their sourcing efforts are very successful, and they are left with too many candidates. One growing method to decide who join is to ask the candidates to ‘pitch’ for the job.
In this program, you will be coached to build your own pitch with a unique 4Q-H2T (Head to Toe) methodology. With the perfected pitch, you can use it to effectively communicate your USP (Unique Selling Points) in any recruitment scenarios.
